Return Policies

At The Café Library , we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy detailed below.


1. Conditions for Returns
We accept product returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 02 calendar days after receiving the order.

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging and tags.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt or electronic receipt) must be presented.

  • Returns of sale, personalized, or perishable products will not be accepted, except for manufacturing defects.


2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund
To start the return process, follow these steps:

  2. Please provide the following details:

    • Order number.

    • Reason for return.

    • Product photographs (in case of defects or damage).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.


4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method:

    • Credit/debit card payments: 7 to 10 business days.

    • Payments by bank transfer: 3 to 5 business days.

    • Other payment methods: 3 to 5 business days.


5. Changes and Replacements
Instead of a refund, you can choose to exchange the product for another of equal value or receive in-store credit for future purchases. To process an exchange, please follow the return procedure mentioned above.


6. Products Excluded from the Return Policy
The following products are not eligible for returns, except for manufacturing defects:

  • Products on sale or promotional.

  • Customized or custom-made products.

  • Perishable products, such as food or flowers.

  • Gift cards.
